SERVICE CHARGES:

Where we receive commissions from airlines we do not charge any service fee. On low-cost carriers like Nok Air and Air Asia we will charge THB 100 per passenger for domestic flights and THB 200 for international flights.

CREDIT CARDS

As you will be aware, the use of third party credit cards in Thailand is almost impossible. Due to the lack of security, specifically chip and pin, the banks are very nervous about accepting any transaction without the merchant having the card and the customer in front of them. We have a solution to this through PaySbuy  who work in a similar way to PayPal.

IF you wish to pay us online then we send you a "Request for Money" which comes with a link so you can sign up to our system. To make this secure they will charge you about 5 Baht to set up your account and then you are required to put the amount which shows on your Credit Card statement for this 5 Baht in your home currency in a return link which activates your account. This service is charged at a 3.75% surcharge over the value of your booking.

We also have a way to accept third party cards (e.g. Mum is paying for your ticket!) this costs a little extra at 4.5% but is also totally secure and can be done over the phone BUT requires us to have a faxed copy of your passport.
